10:45am. For about 5 minutes. Modem stalled again. Reboot, the device came back up. The Local ISP will be replacing the modem with "hopefully" a better one ASAP. Till then, I'm watching everything like a hawk. Sorry for this inconvenience this is nothing hardware related I can manage, so it's unfortunately in their hands till fixed.
