Start time: ~4 hours ago EST Estimated Restoration: 15 minutes to 1 hour Service Restored: 6:43 PM EST

My ISP has had major issues, causing a complete outage affecting all services. Technicians are aware and working to restore connectivity. We will monitor the situation closely and provide updates as soon as services are confirmed stable. Internet is now stable, ONT was out of date as well they had the wrong hardware for my account on file causing the firmware update they had to push to not work. I worked with the engineer's to explain how to fix their issue. Service is now restored.
