My ISP company is coming by with yet ANOTHER "brand new" state of the art, on the bleeding edge modem they "feel" should stop the random Internet outages I've been having lately. This will be at 1PM EST 12 CST. I'm unsure how long this outage will be for I can't imagine very long, but they will be doing diagnostics as they want to permanently fix this as I've been on them about it for a while now. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause anyone, I will have the server back up ASAP as soon as they validated everything is working.
