For a brief moment, the modem locked up and needed to be restarted. This was around 10:10 pm EST. This doesn't and shouldn't happen ever. I worked with the local ISP to validate nothing on my end caused the issues. All services have been restored. Sorry for any inconvenience on my part on this.
